Every submission is visible here with its status: received, screened (AI-assisted extraction complete), graded (promoted to a claim/evidence row by a human), or rejected. A submission whose source never resolved (no DOI, PMID, trial registry id, or a URL that actually loads) can be received and screened but can never be promoted to graded - that check runs in the database, not only in the web form.
